Animals by air
Animals from non-EU countries can only be imported through an approved airport or sea port where there is:-
- A live animal Border Inspection Post approved for the required animal species
- An approved route under the Pets Travel Scheme (PETS)
- Approval under the Rabies (Import Controls) Order.

Live Animal Exports
MAG Airports can be used for the export of animals to both EU and non-EU countries. Personal pets (cats and dogs etc) being exported from any UK airport / sea port are subject to certain regulations.
