Our CSR strategy is an important and integral part of our business strategy which is designed to enable us to deliver growth in a way that benefits local and regional communities and minimises the impacts associated with our operations.
We want to focus on making an impact, and hope that by looking at wider issues such as education, skills or the environment; we can build a business that serves the interests of our neighbours and the wider area.
Our 2017/18 CSR programme has focused on creating benefits and economic growth in our local areas, with a particular focus on developing facilities that help to move people into new roles and train them in the skills we need to support our airports growth. Through the launch of our MAG Connect programme, which is designed to support local people into work at our airports, we hope to help create long term employment growth, and economic growth, in the areas closest to us.
